Staff optimization

I have extensive experience in dealing with data and develop simulation models based on the Customer Optimum Customer service.

In short, there must be many people when there are many customers, and fewer employees when there  are few customers. Too often we see that 2-3 employees just are waiting for customers, which is no good for morale and also a waste of company resources.

Results

In a large Nordic Group, I have managed to optimize -10 mil. DKr per annum, which almost lands immediately on the bottom line as net profit.
