I offer project management and is certified in a major regional business in line with Pima D.

I am used to working with Stage-Gate model and can offer project management for all types of projects.

It can often be advantageous to use a resource that is not employed by the company as projects have a habbit to suffer from “we’ve tried that before” or “we can never reach that on time.”

An external resource, you can often see through emotions and avoid ending up trapped between organizations and departments that have their own agenda, and manage on facts rather than emotions.
