Senior Management experience at international level , and mentor / coach to young talented managers across companies associated with my network.

My experience shows, that leaders can be developed through dialogue, feedback and allowing extended responsibility. II also find it important to allow the leader to have flexibility, to give trust and add experience. All through a respectful dialogue.

I also work with talented new leaders. I teach them to know their leader responsibility and duty’s. Also how to stand up and have the courage to be a leader and show the way forward for their staff which unfortunately, is not skills that are easy to accommodate, if not taught.

I use own examples and the new leader’s work life situations, to develop leadership skills so that each leader gets her/his own style that is just right for that person in the particular role.
