I have designed an Shop optimization program for a global group, which is based on the fact, that a part of the chain stores perceived as a wholesaler centers despite the fact, that the location indicates a greater proportion retailing. In order to add a Retail dimension and a feminine appeal, the program contains a number of elements.
The most powerful elements are:
- implementation of a local Battlefield
- retail activity places
- assortment analysis (remove slow movers)
- space management with a revised category placement
- a total reviewed store layout plan
- defined and incorporated local sales initiatives, sales contests, and employee activities
- retail sales trip – ie focus on a number of products in a given period
- navigator – target controlling for an easy and motivating understanding of the objectives and results
everything in order to re-vitalize shopping experiences for retail costumer when visiting the store.
